Diwali is the festival of lights and it is celebrated around the world by Hindus. It is a time for Hindus get together and eat sweets like barfi. They also light candles around their house. People make diyas to welcome the gods Sita and Rama. They remember Rama and Sita. They make rangoli patterns to welcome the vistors, and they light fireworks too. I like celebrating Diwali each year, it's cool.
