Human dominoes!

Have you ever wondered if there was such thing as the human dominoes? Well more than 1,000 workers have set a new world record for the "largest human mattress dominoes". It was completed in the USA on the 11th of April. People held on to mattress, lined up then got pushed. It took roughly about 650 square metres of space to make this domino tumble and it lasted for 13 minutes and 38 seconds! According to the Guinness World Records, efforts have broken the previous record; all mattresses will be donated to charity. Information found on Kiwi Kids News.

Our Lovely Choir

Have you heard of our lovely school choir? If you haven't, my suggestion would be to keep reading to find out more. Our choir has learnt many songs to prepare for their big performance happening at the Vodafone Events Centre around September. There will also be lots of other schools participating in this event as well, such as Papatoetoe West, North, Central and the other schools. The choir is also always practising their performances at Puhinui. Nearly every Wednesday they go there to prepare for this significant event.
