This time of year is when Muslim people fast. They fast because they show everyone what it's like to stay hungry. Their fasting starts at 3.00am in the morning and finishes at 7.00pm at night and this continues for about a month. Ramadan is also a gift from god to people who fast and the gift is life. People celebrate Ramadan all around the world.
