Hey everybody I am going to tell you all about Halloween. Halloween is the time when we dress up and go trick or treating. I hope you went trick or treating when it was Halloween. You get lots of sweets and candy. That's all for today I hope you had a happy Halloween.

Halloween

Halloween is on the 31st of October. Long ago, people believed that the dead came back to life and this is how the idea of Halloween began. In the old days they called Halloween 'All Saints Day". Hallow means saint.

Do you know what trick-or-treat means? It means give me a treat or I will trick you and scare you. . . People dress up as scary things and we often get sweets on Halloween.
