Computer Games

Hi, I'm Reon and this week I'm doing a review on some of the computer games we have in the library. One of our games that is more suitable for the junior school is Red Fish. Red Fish lets you explore a little world that helps you learn about mouse skills and have fun. Another one of our games is Pivot Stick Figure Animator. This game lets you control a stickman and use different frames to create a mini-movie using your stickman. You can make a movie having a giant in it or even make your stickman fly! The last game game I'm going to talk about is Typing Tournament. Typing Tournament is a game that helps you learn to touch type as well as type faster. It has 16 levels that let you see Knights and even dragons! All of these games and more can be found in the library at break times.

  1. Thank you for your review Reon. We play Red Fish all the time, but we have never heard of Typing Tournament. We will have to give it a go. We need to improve our typing skills.

  2. Typing Tournament is only available for Year 3 to 6 students at this stage. Year 1 and 2 students can play Computer Tutor.
